What happens after trial period ends?

3 days before the end of trial period you'll receive an Email from us asking for your confirmation to proceed further. You can either opt-out of a paid subscription with a simple thank you or, proceed, in which case we'll make necessary changes to your subscription from trial to a paid plan and you'll continue using the product form day 1.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can either cancel your subscription before trial period ends by replying to a confirmation email from us. In case you are an active member of a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime before the new month begins and we won't charge you for the new month. Whereas in case of an annual subscription you can also cancel out any time and you will not be charged for the following year.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at anytime and you'll not be charged for the following month or year depending on your plan.

What if I want to change from a monthly to an annual subscription?

You can always change your subscription from monthly to annual. Changes will be effective after the end of current month and your annual subscription will begin form the following month.
